Duties will include: First-line responder for production issues off-shift Improve throughput by keeping product moving Minimize equipment downtime Perform periodic calibration checks Requirements/Qualifications: AA degree, equivalent military training, technical diploma, or equivalent experience Willing to learn / acquire knowledge in relevant fields to advance technical skillset Have an aptitude for problem solving Good communication skills Evening and weekend hours required Other required skills include: Familiarity with parametric or functional testing Computer troubleshooting Experience in the semiconductor field is preferred Prior experience with TSK/Accretech probers a plus Travel Time: 0% - 25% Physical Attributes: Hearing, Seeing, Talking, Works Alone, Works Around Others Physical Requirements: Standing/Walking/Sitting Microchip Technology Inc is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
