Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a global virtual sales and engineering team that discovers and supports new clients for Microchip. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of customer service, and a passion for driving client success. Responsibilities: Lead a virtual sales and engineering team supporting mass market clients Develop and implement strategies for lead qualification and conversion. Oversee all virtual engagement activities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level. Forecast and track key account metrics. Help identify new opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment. Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed. Requirements/Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Client Success Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role. BA/BS degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales or relevant field. Experience in the Semiconductor industry is preferred. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
