Job Description: Yield Engineering MECOP Intern for advanced technology with Microchip Technology, Inc. at our Fab 4 facility in Gresham, OR. The duration of this internship is Spring/Summer or Summer/Fall of 2024. Job Description: Classify wafer defects for proper lot disposition and trending. Create wafer inspection recipes. Summarize inspection results from process experiments using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Communicate findings to appropriate groups. Requirements/Qualifications: Minimum GPA 3.0. Actively working toward a BS or MS in Materials, Physics, Chemical Engineering or equivalent. No previous job experience is required.
