Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator with setup experience to join our team for our2nd shift. As a Press Brake Operator, you will play a pivotal role in our production process, ensuring the efficient operation of press brake machinery to meet production targets while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend, shape, and form metal components according to specifications
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality requirements
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator with setup proficiency
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
• Good communication and teamwork skills
