Summary:
You will be responsible for overseeing the daily material movement activities within our stockroom as a Logistics Associate I. Utilizing the MAS500 Inventory Management and Manufacturing Module, your role entails accurately transacting and recording all material movements.

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily Cycle Counts and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain bin accuracy through regular bin audits.
Ensure the daily filling of production Kanbans.
Receive incoming materials at all levels and accurately record receipts.
Prepare and pack orders for domestic and international shipments.
Label received goods with part number, lot number, and quantity before storage.
Complete work orders and submit them to Purchasing for purchase order creation.
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional-looking stockroom environment.
Accurately enter data into the MAS 500 system.
Cross-train in various areas within the logistics group.
Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in quality and productivity improvement initiatives.
Participate in year-end physical inventory.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while efficiently handling multiple tasks.
Previous experience in a Stockroom environment is advantageous.
Proficiency in data entry.
