Mickey's Linen is Hiring a Business Development Sales-FT Wayne Near Fort Wayne, IN

Job Description:

Mickeys Linen is seeking a experienced Sales Professional to focus on new business development in a business-to-business selling environment. Responsibilities include prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs to prospective customers. Mickey’s provides a thorough sales training program, which includes sales processes & business development strategies along with product and industry knowledge. Typical day is prospecting, meeting with managers and owners of restaurants and other business that could use our services for the items we lease such as: napkins, tablecloths, towels, aprons, uniforms, bed linen and floor matting.

Here’s What We Are Looking For:

  • A hunter mindset someone who can go out prospect new business in their protected sales territory
  • A self-motivated and self-directed individual who can sell contractual based services
  • Someone who has no fear of rejection or objections and enjoys people
  • The ability to be listen and communicate with potential prospects such as entry level management to CEO’s and business owners in the F&B restaurant, hospitality industry
  • Enjoys the thrill of closing the sale
  • Someone who knows how to manage sales cycles that can last from 1-3 months while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Consistently successful in selling value over price in a competitive market
  • Must be able to excel at managing your time and sales territory
  • If you’ve been professionally trained in a solution-selling process that’s a plus
  • Must have the desire to continually improve & develop your skills

Mickeys Linen is an EOE employer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000 - $100,000 Plus per year

Compensation will be a base salary monthly commission along with an annual bonus opportunity
