Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a strong foundation for their education. Duties:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through interactive learning experiences
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive learning environment
- Implement classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong classroom management skills
- Previous experience working in childcare or daycare settings
- Knowledge of child welfare and development principles
- Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential
- Ability to plan and execute engaging lessons in various subjects such as math, physical education, and language development
