Michigan Wood Fibers is looking for a full-time, year-round, 1st shift Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Zeeland, MI. Our Heavy Equipment Operators typically spend their day in the running tub grinders, moving equipment, building up and maintaining our large mulch piles!
Due to the seasonal nature of our business, we tend to work overtime during the Spring & Summer but keep busy with full time hours year-round. We offer great benefits including competitive pay, overtime pay, medical and dental insurance (with an employer contribution to medical deductible!), paid holidays/vacation, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
This position of Heavy Equipment Operation is ideal for someone with prior experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can think on their feet, and has troubleshooting experience.
