Michigan Solar Solutions is Hiring a Surveyor Field Service Technician Near Walled Lake, MI
Michigan Solar Solutions is a growing renewable energy company seeking Field Service Technicians and surveyors.
Job details
- 8 am start time, on-site
- Conduct site surveys; figure out the general scope of jobs ahead of their installation date, by walking the site & gathering relevant information to ensure the installation process runs smoothly.
- Perform service calls; troubleshoot & diagnose power & communication issues with SolarEdge & Enphase systems.
Applicant qualities
- Excellent critical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and experience talking with customers
- Works well in a team environment
- Prior Solar &/or electrical-related experience is preferred
- Tech-savvy enough to navigate various apps, as needed, for system commissioning & problem-solving
- Drone experience is a PLUS
Strong opportunity for growth - Become Enphase & SolarEdge certified
Become OSHA 10 certified
Potential to obtain your Part 107 commercial drone license
Potential to become an electrical apprentice
