CSR/Service Dispatcher

We are looking to hire a CSR to join our winning team. We need someone who is looking to build a career in a company that offers growth opportunities and rewards to its employees!
You must have:
- Positive attitude, takes initiative
- Organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills, the ability to think on your feet, handle multiple tasks
- Problem-solving mindset
- Troubleshooting skills, ability to solve problems effectively and complete complex tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
1-year customer service experience and answering business phones, goal setting, contacting vendors, talking with customers on solar-related issues,
interfacing with the Sales team, and computer skills including Microsoft 365, Excel, and Word. Strong computer skills required, ability to learn new programs, and navigate multiple workflows from online sources. Previous experience working with CRM systems would be helpful. We offer a flexible schedule.
