Position Details
Job Goals : The Early Childhood Specialist (ECS) will facilitate evidence-based practices in early childhood classrooms;
specifically, CLASS assessment support for preschool staff. The purpose of this position is to assist the MAISD and LEAs with professional development and integration of evidenced based assessment, curriculum, and instructional practices.
This position will focus on coaching in preschool level classrooms, with teaching staff.
ECS will coach GSRP teaching teams, plan, organize, implement, and when appropriate deliver, and provide professional development opportunities for teachers, parents, and community partners in alignment with GSRP, MTSS, and MAISD mission, vision, and goals.
Wage : 25hours per week at $30 per hour, No benefits
Terms of Employment : Contracted Employee (Will receive 1099)- 52 weeks.
