(1 on 1 in their home) MPHC provides Individualized Tailored Care Plans for each client as everyone’s needs are different and unique. The hired professionals will be assigned a position with an individual’s team to help our clients obtain the next levels of life and independence. We are hiring several Skilled Home Health Aids, Certified Nursing Aids, and Medical Professionals to provide daily rehab duties to help propel our clients to the highest level of independence with at least 6-month prior Home Care experience. (The majority of our clients ages range between 25-50’s).

You will provide all activities of daily living that is developed to meet our client’s specific needs. Most of our clients are very active and involved, and so are the aids that work with them. We have immediate needs for both AM and PM. We will provide you with supervised training, pay starts around $16.00 per hour with the ability to earn more in 60 - 90 days.
