The TPA will be responsible for a specific group of plans and work directly with the plan sponsor and plan advisor to ensure each plan is operated in compliance with IRS,DOL, and other governmental agency regulations. The TPA will manage each plan's administration through the entire annual plan cycle and ensure the Plan's document is current and being followed accurately in practice.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Duties:
-Monitor service and compliance deadlines and coordinate between plan sponsor, and advisor.
- Maintain plan and participant records.
- Prepare notices for distribution to participants periodically.
- Compliance testing.
- Preparation and filing of Form 5500 annually.
- Maintain the Plan's document and Summary Plan Description.
- Assist in plan design work.
- Communicate with plan sponsors and participants as needed regarding distributions, loans, contribution deposits, and eligibility issues.
Skills:
- Proficient in using QuickBooks for financial management tasks
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Experience as an administrative assistant or office clerk is preferred
- Excellent typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration
- Knowledge of DocuSign or similar electronic signature software
- Ability to manage office operations effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents for errors
- Ability to transcribe meeting notes accurately
