Superior Dairy is looking for a full time shipping clerk on 2nd and 3rd shift for temporary employment. To successfully perform this role, you should be able to assist with incoming and outgoing deliveries efficiently and professionally. 

 Responsibilities

• Obtain and process orders
• Receive, register and distributing packages and letters within the company
• Fully and accurately checking in drivers 
• Correctly file goods paperwork shipped and received
• Prepare regular shipping and receiving reports for managers
• Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling
• Ensure adherence to environmental management and systems
• Trouble shoot driver issues upon their arrival and organize their loadout expectations 
• Other duties as assigned.

 Requirements and Skills

• Proven work experience as a Shipping Clerk or similar role
• Ability to lift items and containers
• Flexibility to work different hours throughout the week as needed
• Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• A high school qualification or equivalent is preferred
• Willingness to work in the loading dock office
