We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Maintenance Technician full time positions available for a Mid-Shift.

Current workdays are Monday-Saturday but are subject to change based on season.

Mid-Shift 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm

Maintenance technician job duties include but not limited to:

• Startup and shut down of equipment on processing lines as needed or required.
• Greasing required equipment
• Basic electrical trouble shooting including 24VDC 110VAC 220VAC 1&3phase 480VAC 3 phase.
• Replacing or installation of motors, gearboxes, plugs, wires, VFD’s, cutting blade assemblies, shaker conveyor screens/pans, power supply’s, bearings, conveyor belting, fuses.
• Preforming yearly PM’s
• Assisting refrigeration technicians or operators as needed or required.
• Installation/deinstallation of product lines.
• Boiler blowdowns and chemical checks
• Air compressor PM’s and checks
• Assists approved outside contractors as needed or required.
• Assists in company audits as needed or required.
• Follows SOP’s of planned unplanned, and temporary maintenance.
• Follows company policies.
• Follows company GMP’s.
• Technicians will be required to use the following or learn how to use:
• Forklift
• Skid steer
• Plasma cutter
• Angle grinder
• TIG and MIG welder
• Drill
• Drill press
• Lathe
• Milling machine
• Manual sheet metal brake

Maintenance technicians will need to show up on time everyday and work their full shift. Technicians may need to work 7 days a week as needed or required for the months of August-December.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
