Michigan Farm Bureau Family of Companies is Hiring a GW Sales Specialist Near Lansing, MI

OBJECTIVE

GW Sales Specialist Objective

To foster and enhance connections with potential and existing clients needing digital solutions, including marketing websites, mobile apps, and custom software solutions. To engage collaboratively with team members and leaders at our digital agency to devise and implement effective marketing and sales tactics. To form partner- and trust-based relationships with prospects and customers to identify customer support needs, inform them of the unique creative digital services Gravity Works offers, and assure they understand the various offerings Gravity Works can provide to support their company’s digital strategy and implementation needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

GW Sales Specialist Responsibilities

Establish deep client relationships with Gravity Works prospects and clients. Keep informed on technical product specifications, functionalities, and offerings.

Develop sales strategies, marketing campaigns, sales objectives, and goals with Gravity Works leaders.

Consult with Gravity Works team members to help identify key niche product offerings and client targets.

Identify marketing opportunities and develop sales leads.

Conduct frequent checkpoint meetings with existing clients to help ensure that Gravity Works meets or exceeds customer needs and expectations.

Prepare and deliver sales pitches and coordinate demos and client engagement meetings.

Negotiate sales and service renewal contracts in concert with Gravity Works leaders.

Conduct post-project completion meetings with clients to identify additional projects and ongoing support needs.

Establish, track, and report on sales goals and results.

Assess other service opportunities with clients and work with the Gravity Works team to help provide customers with solutions to those needs.

Develop and co-author project proposals, Request for Proposals (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOWs), key measures of success agreements, and deliverable contracts.

Develop and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) measurement dashboards.

Carry out other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

GW Sales Specialist Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field required, or equivalent work experience may be considered.

Two to five years of experience in sales or marketing within a fast-paced digital agency environment required.

Experience with creative services or digital technology required.

Preferred

Experience working with Drupal, WordPress, or other Content Management Systems preferred.
