DISTRICT OVERVIEW

POSITION OVERVIEW
The School Social Worker provides social and emotional support services for students to enhance student learning. These services are not in conjunction with an IEP.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
  • Valid Master’s Social Worker License.
  • Fulfills requirements for approval as a School Social Worker
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Regular, in-person attendance is required.

COMPENSATION:
Compensation starts at $44,037 (Bachelor’s Degree, no previous teaching experience); $51,537 (Master Degree, no previous teaching experience).
The parties are currently negotiating a new collective bargaining agreement to be effective for the 2024-2025 school year and beyond.
