You will also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency as well as participate in incentive programs.

- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Track Record of reaching goals
- Property & Casualty licensed or must be obtained -Agent will assist on process
- Salary plus commission/bonus
