WHAT WILL YOU DO
Operate industrial equipment to manufacture the components and final products (tires) while respecting the safety, quality, productivity levels and other standards.
Inspect and verify the quality and adherence to standards of your production such as rubber mixes, rubber / metal components, or tires.
Implement and uphold the environmental management system and other work standards to protect yourself and the community.
Contribute / lead problem resolution or continuous improvement efforts in the areas of Safety, Machine, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
Participate in on the job activities, informal and formal training to continually learn / apply new skills for the current job and your desired career path.
