Boiler House Operator

Michelin is hiring!

MISSION :

To efficiently operate all power house equipment providing a non-interruptible supply of energy to the site.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Compliance with EP requirements and safety intervention rules (specific to the boilerhouse, general on the site and in the workshops)
  • Operation and monitoring of fluids equipment (compliance with conduct protocols, traceability, facilities record tracking, ...)
  • Fluids quality, influent parameters and devices compliance (pressure, temperature, water treatment, steam traps, dryers, ...)
  • Fluids availability (continuity of service, in normal operation and emergency procedures in case of failure, anticipate workshops consumption )
  • Cost of fluids production (optimized running equipment, optimum energy efficiency of the machines)
  • Environmental control plans, preventive and corrective actions done
  • Monitoring the proper operation of the machine park and reporting any anomalies
  • Quality of analyzes and water treatment to keep them in compliance with specifications

Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years as a Boiler House Operator
  • Licensed Boiler House Operator
  • Military Background in Boiler House Operations
