Job Description
Michel Germain Parfums Ltee/Ltd is seeking a highly motivated, and self-motivated Specialist to join our team in our Plantation, FL location. The role of Senior Fragrance Specialist supports and contributes to the Michel Germain Parfums productivity and profitability through delivering excellent customer service, building the brand awareness through hosting special events, developing a regular client base and your extensive product knowledge.
This position is 10-15 hours per week ( increased hours based on sales)
Role and Responsibilities
Utilize all Michel Germain tools ( SPH Report , Seasonal Programs , Press Kit , Company Website) to ensure and overall knowledgeable customer experience
Build your client base for future events
Model the behavior of 5 keys to successful selling with every customer to enrich their experience
Track the best days and time to get the best return on your time in the store
Manage your gift with purchase inventory to ensure it is used correctly
Communicate inventory need in a timely manner in order to have the amount of inventory to satisfy your customer needs
Follow the rules and regulations of Management
Ensure all paper work is submitted on time as per directions and methods
Partner with the Fragrance Manager to organize events and ensure smooth execution
Must be available -Weekends, Christmas Season /Valentines week/Mother and Father's Day or week leading up to the day.
Senior Specialist Qualifications
Proven track record of building a client base , increasing sale
A strong communicator ,accurate and timely
Well organized in all areas of the business
The ability to developed and maintain great working relationship with Management and supports team
At least two years of direct related fragrance sales
