Job Summary: The finisher is responsible for preparing raw wood, accurately mixing and applying water-based stain, basecoat, and sealer to wood frames to achieve correct appearance per color standard. Must maintain a clean and organized work area.

The Sander is responsible for accurately inspecting and preparing raw wood frames and applies putty, wood filler etc. as needed to correct defects. Uses Jitterbug sander, sandpaper, to properly sand frame according to company standards.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.57 per hour
