Job Summary:
We are seeking cleaning staff to join our team. The staff member will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities.

Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who possess:

· Ability to work independent

· Previous Janitorial experience (preferred)

· Must be dependable & punctual

· Proficiency in communication via phone and various apps

· Attentiveness and a keen eye for detail

· Good dexterity for effective cleaning task

· Ability to stand and move for extended periods

· Commitment to delivering high-quality work

· Reliable transportation, with occasional short travel requirements

· Integrity and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Availability: Monday to Friday, may include weekends

Hours: Primarily after 5:00pm; However, Day-Porter positions may be available.

Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

· Performing a range of cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of restrooms, breakrooms, and offices, along with restocking supplies.

· Disinfecting frequently touched surfaces i.e., desk, door handles, and office equipment.

· Properly disposing of trash and recycling in designated areas.

· Assisting in facility opening/closing and managing security systems as required.

· Treating fellow team members and clients with courtesy and respect.
