The Sustaining Engineering Manager will manage all manufacturing operations and product design as is pertains to the company's proprietary technology in the medical device space. You will manage multiple projects covering both R&D and sustaining work while communicating effectively with customers.

Description

Reporting into the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the following:

• Interface with customers, contract manufacturers, and other third party stakeholders
• Manage multiple highly technical projects at once
• Maintain design control documentation
• Apply knowledge of FMEA/Risk Analysis, V&V Planning, Test Protocol Creation
• Manage ongoing manufacturing operations

Profile

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field
• 3 years of experience in the medical device space
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working with outside vendors and contract manufacturers
• Class II or III medical device experience required
• Experience writing technical documentation
