Job Description
  • Oversee all aspects of a construction project, including planning, scheduling, and coordination on-site
  • Manage personnel, ensure safety compliance, monitor quality, and control costs
  • Maintain communication with clients/owners, trades, engineers/architects
  • Ensure the timely and successful completion of construction projects

  • 5 years of construction experience working for a general contractor
  • Must have previous municipal/public project experience
  • Applicable project management software proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective team-building skills to support a positive team atmosphere & meet high productivity goals
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
