Job Description

The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Crafting detailed work plans, schedules, resource allocations, and progress reports, including the development and implementation of comprehensive project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Implementing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and orchestrating construction phases to forestall delays and address client needs.
• Vigilantly overseeing field operations to enforce safety regulations, company protocols, and construction codes, fostering a safety-centric environment.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Construction Superintendent will have:

• 3 years experience
• Experience supervising site/civil/utility projects
• OSHA 30
• Familiarity with Trimble Earthworks and Trimble Siteworks
• Expires using Trimble GPS System
• Knowledge of Earthworks programs in equipment
