Description

• Create Customized Invoice Templates: Develop invoice templates in Excel tailored to customers' unique menu specifications and diverse pricing structures.
• Data Consolidation and Analysis: Consolidate and analyze complex billing data to ensure alignment with customers' personalized billing systems.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with all involved departments to maintain billing accuracy and financial stability.
• Resolve Billing Issues: Address and resolve any billing issues, providing clarification to customers as needed.
• Revenue Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and summarize daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
• Stay Informed: Continuously update your knowledge of changes to customers' menu specifications and pricing.
• Customer and Management Liaison: Serve as a liaison between customers and management by reviewing contracts and interpreting data related to company procedures and policies.
• Process Simplification: Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to streamline the billing process.
• Drive Improvements: Lead process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact billing functions.
• Transaction Posting: Post and reconcile transactions in the general ledger.
• Accounts Receivable Management: Maintain updated records of accounts receivable.
• Meet Deadlines: Prepare reports and ensure all billing deadlines are met.

Profile

• Educational Background: BS degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Data Analysis Experience: Proven working experience as a data analyst.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, and Microsoft Excel.
• Statistical Analysis: Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail.
• Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of revenue recognition accounting principles.
• Team and Independent Work: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
