My client is a Design-Build General Contractor based in St. Louis, MO, focused on Healthcare Construction projects in the Midwest, recognized as one of the 50 fastest growing area companies in greater St. Louis. To support their continued expansion, they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager.

Description

As a Senior Project Manager, main duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Lead team of Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, Laborer(s) dependent upon project.
• Lead throughout each phase of Preconstruction and Construction processes.
• Design quality control, scheduling, procurement strategy, and executing procurement.
• Work alongside team for site logistics planning.
• Support team and fellow project management staff.
• Travel 4-6 days a month, dependent on project. Majority will be day trips.

Profile

In return for a competitive compensation package, the successful candidate will possess the following:

• 10-15 years of experience in Construction
• 1 years of experience in Healthcare Construction and/or Heavy Industrial Construction (Manufacturing Facilities, Renovations)
• Experience leading projects of $15M-$20M value

Job Offer

• Base salary of $125,000 to $140,000
