Key Responsibilities :

Order Entry

• Ideal candidate will work closely with our technology systems on customer order entry, data, housekeeping for sales orders.
• Manage invoicing and track customers orders.

Customer Facing

Candidate will work closely with customers to service their existing orders, must be ready to speak with customers via phone.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with a high performing sales team and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Analytical & Detail Oriented

Candidate will be working with data sets and customer orders must have a high attention to detail

Work with CRM and Technology Systems

Candidate will track all work through CRM system.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior background in Sales Admin, Sales Assistant, Customer Order Entry preferred
• Some type of client facing support experience ideal.
• 1-3 years of professional experience desired.
• Ability to commute onsite 2X per week to Quincy MA.
