Job Description

• Completing projects on time and within budget
• Processing/approving project invoices & client requisitions on time
• Monthly cost to complete/project financial projections
• Positive client feedback/satisfaction
• Effectively collaborating & communicating with internal/external parties

The Successful Applicant

- Multifamily experience is a must
- 3-12 years experience as a Project Manager
- Someone who is motivated to grow / expand their career
- Very Sharp
- Procore experience
