Project Planning: Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines. Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and codes.
Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
Budget Oversight: Monitor project financials, track expenses, and manage budgetary constraints throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance: Maintain strict quality control standards, ensuring that workmanship and materials meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating activities to meet deadlines and milestones. Implement changes as necessary to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
Contract Administration: Review and manage project contracts, change orders, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
Team Leadership: Supervise and lead project teams, including subcontractors and in-house personnel, to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, progress reports, and project documentation, to facilitate project closeout and future reference.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred, but not required
Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial or multifamily construction, with a minimum of 3 years of successful project management.
Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to analyze complex problems and make sound decisions.
