Job Description

Project Manager - Award Winning Architecture Firm - Providence, RI Responsibilities:

• Completing contract document projects on schedule and within budget.
• Delivering high quality drawings that can be easily interpreted by government agencies and easily utilized by construction contractors.
• Managing client relationships in a manner that leads to customer satisfaction, repeat business and referrals.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning project budgets, schedules, etc

The Successful Applicant

Project Manager - Award Winning Architecture Firm - Providence, RI Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience
• Must be a Registered Architect
• LEED Accreditation preferred
• Commercial, Hospitality, Healthcare, Corporate experience
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Bachelors degree in architecture
• Proficient in Revit
