Our client is a fast-growing renewable energy company focusing on ground-up construction for the distribution of Natural Gas. With incredibly strong backing, our client is looking to add skilled Construction Managers to their team.

Job Description

The Owners Project Manager - Renewable Energy will have the following responsibilities

• Coordinate project milestones with all stakeholders
• Develop and Manage 3 week look ahead
• Support developing project documents
• Risk identification and analysis
• Keeping up with project documentation
• Coordinating procurement for materials as needed
• Oversee Construction Associates

The Successful Applicant

The successful Owners Project Manager candidate will have the following skills

• 5 years of Construction Management Experience
• Understanding of project financials
• Understanding of procurement and material management
• Understanding of contract language
• Experience in RFIs, Submittals, and Transmittals
• Ability to travel to the project site - 2 weeks a month is a must
• Hybrid work outside of travel
• Ground Up Experience is a plus
