The Onsite Construction Manager is responsible for:

• On site daily - Hartford County
• Willing to roll up their sleeves / be on their feet
• Overseeing ground-up construction projects
• Leading subs
• Managing people

NOT responsible for:

• Buying out jobs
• Hiring subs
• Scheduling

Profile

The right Onsite Construction Manager will have:

• 7 years of experience working on ground up construction projects
• Local to the Hartford, CT area
• Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of building construction means and methods, scheduling and cost-control procedures
• Strong organizational and time management skills
