We're looking to hire a construction superintendent with ground-up, multifamily experience. Immediate hire.

Client Details

• General Contractor in the Buffalo building and construction industry with 20 years
• Mid-sized General Contractor with a fantastic culture and excellent pipeline of projects
• Strong pipeline of local projects
• Commercial, medical centers/hospitals, K12/Higher Education, office build-outs, warehouses, multifamily, etc.

Description

• Deliver projects on time and on budget
• Organize and lead field labor force, including subcontractors and laborers/craft workers.
• Supervise quality of work
• Ensure all safety protocols
• Communicate with all parties (project managers, owners, clients, etc.)

Profile

• 5 years as a Construction Superintendent - Buffalo, NY
• Strong leadership, organizational and time management skills.
• OSHA certification (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Experience leading ground-up construction projects and managing a team
• Multi-family experience is preferred
• Procore proficient
