Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning and Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.

Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project objectives.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.

Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to establish clear project objectives, expectations, and deliverable.

Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, maintaining effective communication channels and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Budget and Resource Management : Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize project efficiency and productivity.

Quality Assurance and Compliance : Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Conduct regular project reviews, audits, and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Reporting and Documentation : Generate accurate and timely project reports, presenting project status, milestones, risks, and successes to stakeholders and management.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and other relevant records.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a lead superintendent, successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in superintendent software and tools.
