About Our ClientMy client is a global provider of research technology. Their platform enables brands, researchers, academics, or anyone with a question, to connect with a global network of over 200 million high-quality and engaged respondents. Job DescriptionResponsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Map out benefits related processes for future internal reference (including vendor, contact, timelines, method of updating employee's info, invoice management, renewal date etc)
Manage employees benefits related queries. At the same time also build benefits FAQs and support materials for the People Operations team so that they can pick up the individual employees' queries
Compliance Management: Stay abreast of federal, state, and local regulations governing employee benefits programs. Help us improve the calendar we already have for the US reporting requirements and the expected timelines and create a similar one for our international office locations.
Together with the benefits brokers and our internal finance team, help us implement a smoother process for managing the benefits vendors invoices
Actively participate in the project of migrating to a new US payroll and benefits admin providers. This includes frequent interactions with the current and new providers and the internal project team. Facilitate the benefits data requested during the new systems build up and perform tests, as per the project calendars.
Complete full data audits, includes producing reports, providing summaries and detail for system reconciliation. Ability to understand why discrepancies are occurring and provide direction on how to resolve them.

Minimum of three years of related experience, including strong working knowledge and hands on experience with benefits & FMLA/Disability administration
3-5 years of experience
HRIS Experience in Paylocity, HiBob and/or Namely is preferred but not required
Knowledge of all pertinent Federal and State regulations, filing and compliance requirements
Proven problem-solving skills in order to make best judgment calls: Identifies problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions
Project management skills with an ability to work with ambiguity and on building relationships across departments.
