Job DescriptionThe Project Manager is responsible for:
Completing projects on time and within budget
Processing/approving project invoices & client requisitions on time
Monthly cost to complete/project financial projections
Positive client feedback/satisfaction
Effectively collaborating & communicating with internal/external parties

Healthcare, Bio-tech, or Academic project experience (required)
5 years of PM experience with a General Contractor (required)
3 years of experience managing construction project financial controls and project schedules
Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
Familiarity with project financials - invoice approval, requisitions, internal reporting
OSHA 30
Construction-related degree (highly preferred)
