Job Description

Cabinet Maker - Custom Cabinetry / High-end Mill-work Responsibilities :

• Create detailed designs for custom cabinetry based on client specifications and design preferences. Utilize woodworking tools and techniques to fabricate cabinetry components such as doors, drawers, shelves, and frames.
• Maintain clear and open communication with clients throughout the design and fabrication process. Address any concerns or questions promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Provide coaching and mentor-ship to junior cabinet makers
• Leading complex projects from start to finish
• Participate in design discussions and providing input on feasibility and improvements

• Proven track record as a Cabinet maker within high-end mill-work or custom cabinetry environment
• Proficient in intricate woodworking techniques & familiarity with various wood species
• Keen eye for detail
• Collaborative spirit
