Job DescriptionThe Assistant Superintendent will:
- Assist site team from construction start through project closing
- Ensure contract scope is understood by the site management team.
- Attend preconstruction meetings with all subcontractors prior to beginning each phase of work.
- Assist with and maintain a baseline production schedule for the project
- Review and assist in developing scopes of work for each subcontractor.
- Quality Control Plan.
- Review and approve all invoices and requisitions to ensure correct payment to vendor.
- Ensure the work environment is safe.
- Supervise and evaluate assigned personnel and maintain a positive working environment for the entire site team
- Multifamily or commercial experience
- Doesn't have to be podium or mid-rise/garden style, but a plus
- 5 new podium projects in the pipeline right now
- Procore an advantage
- CM degree great but not ideal
- 2 years' experience
- Travel packages: highly competitive per diems, car allowance
