Description

• Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules and budgets
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Assist in overseeing internal team members as well as subcontractors
• Arrange and organize all project documents, including subcontracts, change orders, permits, and drawings
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with subcontractors and clients
• Ensure all on-site construction activities are administered safely and within a timely manner

Profile

• 2 or 4 year degree preferred but not required
• /- 2-5 years of industry experience
• Experience overseeing commercial new construction projects. Project values can range from $20M - $300M
• General contracting background
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and other scheduling software
