Job DescriptionThe Assistant Superintendent is responsible for:
- Be hands on and on site daily
- Daily communication with the Project Management team
- Report to the Superintendent
- Assist in management of subcontractors, schedule, and budget
- Ensure work site safety
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering (or other related field) preferred
- 2 years of project management or other construction related trade experience is desirable
- Project experience within the multifamily construction space preferred (not required)
- Proficiency using a personal computer and company communication tools
- Compensation up to: $130k
- Comprehensive benefits package
