Assistant Project Manager - Builder/Developer - NH Responsibilities:

• Assisting Project Management team
• Assist in developing project plans, including objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, permits, and change orders.
• Support the Project Manager in monitoring project costs, tracking expenses, and analyzing budget variances.

Profile

Assistant Project Manager - Builder/Developer - NH Qualifications:

• 3 years of Construction experience
• Multifamily project experience is a plus
• Desire to grow/develop their career long-term
• Excellent communication skills
