Job DescriptionAssistant Project Manager - Builder/Developer - Construction
Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements
Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure timely and successful project delivery
Assist with the preparation of bid packages, RFPs, and RFIs
Track project progress and provide regular status updates to the Project Manager and clients
Monitor and control project costs, identifying and addressing potential budget overruns
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports
Assist with the resolution of project issues and conflicts
Ensure compliance with project safety and environmental standards
Assist with the development and management of project schedules
Assist with the closeout of projects, including punch lists, warranty work, and final payment

College Degree required
One year of experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience with Procore is a plus
Ability to analyze and revise internal processes to improve efficiency
Detail oriented
Exceptional communication skills
Strong organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
