Job Description

• Oversee assigned debt investment accounting staff (including offshore team) and review account reconciliations and financial statements prepared by them.
• Oversee monthly debt investment and Fund/Account closing and consolidation process for their portfolios
• Prepare and review quarterly financial statements and investor reports
• Manage investment management fee
• Prepare joint venture waterfall calculations
• Manage and develop staff

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7 years in relevant work
• Experience with credit/debt/private equity
• CPA preferred
• Multifamily experience
• Must be able to operate in fast paced environment
