Description

The key responsibilities of this role are :

• Vendor payments by cutting and mailing checks.
• Matched vendor invoices for payments and contact vendors for inconsistencies
• Assemble information on new accounts, input account information and file related forms.
• Debit, credit, and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using accounting software.
• Code documents according to company policy.

Profile

A successful candidate would include

• 2 years of AP experience
• Strong excel skills
• Ability to communicate well
