Seeking a front desk associate for our busy Clifton Park office, Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities Include:

Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phones
- Scheduling patients
- Checking patients in and out
- Assisting patients with whatever questions they have
- Making confirmation calls
- Balancing the daily deposit
- Checking insurance eligibility/benefits
- Preparing insurance claims
- Processing insurance payments
- Figuring out patient copayments
- Assisting the Doctors with anything they may need
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of insurance processing and payments
- Experience in a front desk position ( Medical/ Dental Preferred )
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding customer relations skills to effectively handle clients from diverse backgrounds
Office Hours:
- Monday-Thursday 7:30-5 (lunch 12-1)
- Fridays 7:30-12 (every other)
