- Demonstrateanin-depthknowledgeofthemerchandise
- Afterclosing a sale,monitor all detailsincluding : shipping,alterations (if applicable)and special requeststo ensurecustomersatisfaction
- Complywithallsalesrelatedpoliciesandprocedures
- Maintainakeeninterestinthefashionindustryandmarkettrends
CUSTOMERSERVICE
- Providethehighestlevelofcustomerservice
- Buildandmaintainrepeatclientele;utilizeclientbook
- Resolveallclientproblemsandcomplaintsquicklyandeffectively,ensuringclientsatisfaction
OPERATIONS
- Keepsellingfloorandmerchandiseneat,organizedandstocked
- Assistinthemaintenanceofallinventoryinthestockroomandonthesellingfloor
- Assistinallareasofstock,shipping,receivingprotocol / policiesandallshipping / receivingrelatedpaperwork.
- Participateininventories
- ComplywithallPoint-of-Salepoliciesandprocedures
