A Customer Care Specialist provides customers with a friendly and personal interaction at the start of their vehicle shopping experience. The shift we are looking to fill is Thursday-Monday. Applicant must be available to work evenings and weekends. We are open 7 days a week. No experience necessary...a big personality goes a long way! If this is you, please apply immediately.

Job Duties:

• Following up with customers by text, email and phone calls (this is where your big personality comes in!)
• Help customers find their perfect new or pre-owned vehicle.
• Active listening and on the job training.

Qualifications:

• Outgoing and self driven
• Attention to detail is a must
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply!

• Valid driver's license

Pay:

• $14-$17 an hour (based on experience) plus monthly sales bonus.
