Leasing Agent The Emery Apartments
Job Summary for Leasing Agent
We are looking for an experienced weekend Leasing Agent for a 74-unit luxury apartment building in Farmington, MN. The Emery Apartments is currently under construction and will be opening November 1, 2024.
We have a model unit opening 7 / 1 / 24, at that time we are looking to start with onsite leasing.
Responsibilities and Duties of Leasing Agent
- Answer incoming calls professionally
- Assist with marketing the property and generating traffic leads
- Show & lease apartments
- Help prospects find the right apartment home
- Interact with residents & take work orders
- Follow up on apartment leads
- Assist with Move ins and Move outs & maintain resident files
- Other duties as assigned by property / resident manager
- Yardi experience is preferred, but not required
Qualifications and Skills of Leasing Agent
- Leasing Experience Required or Excellent Customer Service skills
- Organized & Punctual
Weekend Hours (Saturday 10 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM and Sunday 12 : 00 PM 4 : 00 PM)
$20 / hour, plus commission on leases
